Sales Specialist For Special Machine Solutions

Die BMS was founded in 1992 in Pfatter near Regensburg. We develop and produce packing and palletizing systems as well as transport technology for the beverage, dairy, and food industry. As a system provider, we design and supply individual systems for the dry part, sorting area, and repacking area. Since 2020, we have been part of the international EOL Packaging Experts GmbH group, which offers end packaging machines and systems.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the sales of special machine solutions of the EOL-Group in the food and beverage packaging sector in the sales region of southern Germany and Austria. This includes not only the active acquisition of new customers but also the care and expansion of existing customer relationships.
• You advise customers on technical and economic questions regarding the optimization of production processes through customized machine and system solutions.
• You present technical offers and solutions that meet the specific requirements of customers and are responsible for contract negotiations until the successful conclusion. In doing so, you work closely with the relevant internal departments to assess customer needs and create attractive solutions.
• Based on your analyses of market trends, competitive developments, and customer needs, you identify opportunities and risks in the sales area and develop corresponding sales strategies from them.
• You continuously maintain your existing network in the beverage industry and steadily expand it.

Qualifications

• You have a completed technical degree or comparable qualifications
• Sales is your passion and you have several years of sales experience in the machinery or plant construction sector
• You have excellent industry knowledge, especially in the beverage industry
• You are a self-reliant team player with a hands-on mentality and a clear customer orientation
• You have a high willingness to travel and are flexible
• You have fluent German and English language skills
