Summary

We are looking for an analytical-proficient and results-oriented marketer to join our strong team in the role of Senior Product Manager, US Multiple Myeloma Cell Therapy Marketing. This individual will be a key member of the US Cell Therapy Organization, contributing both to the continued delivery of performance and launch preparation for arlo-cel (GPRC5D). They will assist in the development and implementation of marketing programs, business plans, product strategies and key tactics to drive the business. The ability to leverage data and analytics and turn insights to action and arlo-cel success will be critical. This individual will report to the Executive Director of US Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of the HCP tactical plan
  • Manage agency/vendor partners in development of promotional materials and tactics
  • Regularly evaluate competitive landscape and marketplace dynamics
  • Engage in and interpret ongoing analytics and market research projects
  • Initiate and manage multiple projects working cross-functionally with matrix stakeholders
  • Contribute tactical and strategic recommendations based on key internal and external medical and clinical updates from congresses, publications
  • Interact with customer-facing teams to mine customer insights, leading to the development of professional promotional strategy and materials

Qualifications

  • MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (pharmaceutical/biotech or related agency)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, drive execution, foster relationships and build alignment
  • Initiative, creativity, and ability to work effectively in a complex, rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
  • Experience working with and leading multi-functional teams to accomplish specific objectives and goals
  • Strong ability to comprehend and discuss deep clinical data
  • Hematology, Oncology or Cell Therapy/Gene Therapy experience strongly preferred

Compensation Overview: Princeton - NJ - US: $137,290 - $166,366

The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience. Eligibility for specific benefits listed on our careers site may vary based on the job and location.
