During your placement as a Manufacturing Support and Engineering Intern, you will get experience of working with one of our Manufacturing Support and Manufacturing Engineering functions and you will get exposure to various manufacturing activities such as:

Become the first line for manufacturing support & coordination, continuous improvement, and continuous innovation.

Help identify process improvement projects and lead projects to completion.

Assist in drafting process impact assessments to support investigation closure.

Assist in drafting change controls, CAPA's, investigations, improvement projects, and operational safety. Minimize human error and work with operations to remove sources of error.

Drafting of operations procedures, electronic batch records, and other GMP documentation and provide technical training and knowledge transfer to the Operations team.

Multiproduct and product changeover: implementing new product introductions from an Operations perspective.

Support introduction of new products to Manufacturing.

Lead and implement new technology solutions such as Single-Use-Systems.

Supporting sustaining operations on process/equipment issues.

Delivery of continuous process improvements on process/equipment.

Process/engineering changes in support of tech transfers and new product introductions.
