The Manager, Enabling Functions, Agile Sourcing will be part of a team that is responsible for contributing to and overseeing the delivery of source-to-contract operations across the enabling functions categories. Specifically, this role will be focused on corporate services (professional consulting, talent acquisition and recruitment, learning and development, employee services, global business operations, finance, business travel and meetings) and BMS' IT infrastructure and enterprise-wide services, hardware, software, applications and platforms. The Senior Manager will assist in leading a team of resources to ensure effective sourcing, negotiating, contracting and purchasing activities to optimize buying power and achieve desired procurement outcomes in support of our company's goals. This position will report to the Associate Director, Agile Sourcing, Enabling Services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Participate on a team of professionals in support of source-to-contract operations across the enabling services categories
• Contribute to the end-to-end sourcing and contracting process in support of operations across the enabling services categories
• Performance Management & Continuous Improvement for Source to Contract

Qualifications and experience include:

• B.S./B.A. Sciences
• Minimum of 4-5 years prior related experience
• Expertise in procurement process, agreement management, financial analysis, market analysis, supplier analysis, supplier diversity, supplier management, technology utilization, strategic planning and integrated supply chain experience
• Expertise in contract construction, terms and conditions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrates a high level of adaptability
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management technology
