Position Summary:

A strong, hands-on marketer and people leader with a proven track record of shaping and executing insight-driven HCP marketing strategies for launch-stage or complex specialty brands. Admilparant is a foundational asset for BMS in pulmonology, and this is a central leadership role in preparing the US market for a successful launch in IPF and PPF.

The Director of US HCP Marketing will shape and own the translation of HCP strategy into executable launch plans, leading key commercial initiatives from concept development through operational readiness and execution. This role requires close collaboration with partners across Sales, Training, Medical, Market Access, Launch Excellence, CASA, and Global Commercial, and will be critical to ensuring that all HCP initiatives and tactics are ready, aligned, and deployable at launch.

We are looking for a performance-driven leader with a growth mindset—someone who brings discipline to execution, thrives in fast-paced launch environments, and balances strategic thinking with operational rigor, while cultivating a collaborative, high-accountability team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver the US Admilparant HCP marketing strategy that prepares the brand for a successful launch in IPF and PPF
  • Translating strategy to execution, build HCP launch blueprint for IPF and PPF (launch timelines, deliverables, cross-functional dependencies and executional milestones), ensuring readiness across messaging, channels, and field enablement
  • Effectively analyze customer, market, and competitive insights to assess and identify prioritized business opportunity for IPF and PPF, ensuring appropriately aligned actionable tactics that support launch and early uptake.
  • Partner closely with Medical Affairs and MLR Advisors to develop launch messaging platform and promotional materials
  • In collaboration with Market Access and Patient Services, develop and implement comprehensive access strategy and messaging that is aligned to and supports the US admilparant launch plan
  • Lead brand efforts to optimize HCP engagement across personal and non-personal channels, working closely with Omnichannel and CASA partners to refine marketing mix and channel selection.
  • Partner closely with Patient Marketing team to drive a consistent brand identity and presence
  • Establish strong, collaborative partnerships with Sales and Training teams to ensure effective pull-through of HCP strategy into the field, including launch messaging, tools, and executional readiness.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day lead for HCP agency partners, providing clear direction, feedback, and accountability to ensure rigor in marketing excellence, timelines, and quality of output.
  • Support launch readiness reporting, performance tracking, and risk identification, escalating issues and driving course correction to ensure on-time and high-quality execution.
  • Partner closely with Global Commercial team on key strategic deliverables, including positioning, messaging architecture, brand campaign, providing US insights and perspective to ensure seamless global to local execution
  • Contribute to the development of a high-performing HCP marketing team, coaching and developing Associate Directors and other team members while reinforcing strong executional standard

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • BS/BA degree required
  • 6–8+ years of pharmaceutical experience, with a minimum of 5 years in marketing
  • Previous HCP marketing experience with demonstrated experience in insight mining, message development and marketing analytics, implementing opportunities within brand strategy and driving through execution
  • Demonstrated experience leading launch brands; prior pulmonology/rare disease experience a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, implement and connect interrelated activities across the matrix to deliver impactful results. The ability to formulate a winning launch strategy and engage necessary stakeholders to develop a comprehensive plan of action will be critical
  • Experience translating complex scientific data into clear HCP messaging and promotional execution
  • Prior people-leadership experience with a track record of developing talent and building high-performing teams
  • Strong ability to effectively drive performance within a matrix organization, with exceptional organizational, interpersonal communication skills and executive presence
  • Competencies include Strategic Brand Planning, Access and Reimbursement, Influencing and Negotiating skills, Market Analytics, Market, Customer and Competitive Insights, Brand and Positioning Management and Decision-Making Skills
