Key Responsibilities

  • Support PS GPO Head in digital transformation and automation initiatives, utilizing RPA, business analytics, Workday & ServiceNow application management expertise to optimize service delivery and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Align local India PS GPO teams with People & Organization (HR) global strategy, leveraging extensive experience in business transformation, digitalization, and process optimization across HR.
  • Oversee India team delivery, for PS GPO initiatives, drawing on a strong track record of managing portfolios and achieving high utilization of capacity, to drive initiatives that result in significant cost savings and value generation.
  • Support to establish and implement key performance metrics and actionable dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, ServiceNow, etc.) to improve transparency, reporting accuracy, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration between local and global PS GPO teams (Project Office, Process Engineering, Business Solutions & Reporting and HR Service Delivery, Vendor Solutions & Compliance), along with managing complex stakeholder relationships and fostering cross-functional team leadership to effectively deliver innovative solutions.
  • Direct process improvement and lean methodology projects to increase productivity, streamline operations, and drive continuous improvement within the PS GPO framework.
  • Support development and innovation, including procurement and logistics digital platforms, EDI integration, and chatbot solutions, to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with global policies, procedures, and best practices, supporting the development and implementation of local strategies aligned with global objectives.
  • Mentor and develop local teams, maintaining engagement, development, and delivery, with proven experience managing large cross-functional and global teams as an individual contributor.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor of Technology, Operations Management, and/or extensive work experience in a relevant field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • 10 years'+ experience in business excellence, transformation, application management, and digital service delivery, leading global teams and transformation programs. International experience a plus.
  • Advanced technical proficiency in digitalization, automation (RPA), service management; skilled in data analytics, dashboard development, and process improvement; working knowledge in applications such as Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, other.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, data integration, and big data technologies; experienced in implementation of chatbot and solutions for process automation.
  • Strong proficiency in program and project management, service optimization, and financial management, including oversight global service portfolios.
  • Demonstrated experience with stakeholder and customer relationship management, demand forecasting, and influencing product development teams.
  • Methodological expertise in Agile, Lean, and SCRUM, with a detail-oriented approach to process design, documentation, and operational excellence.
  • Recognized for driving high-value solutions, improving SLAs, reducing costs, and achieving results in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Past success in working as an individual contributor in a matrix organization as this role has 10 dotted line reports but no direct reports.
