Standalone Products Corporate Card And Ach Portfolio Analyst
This role supports the Standalone Products Corporate Card and ACH portfolio by facilitating document collection, anti-money laundering / know your customer (AML/KYC) submissions, creation of weekly/monthly reporting and risk monitoring activities. The analyst will work closely with Portfolio Managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, data accuracy, and timely reporting. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and submit AML/KYC documentation for new and existing corporate card, ACH, and cross-border customers.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain financial statements, legal documents, and other required materials.
- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Prepare and maintain reports used for monitoring portfolio performance, risk exposure, and compliance metrics.
- Support the annual review process by identifying accounts for review and collecting financial and other information needed to complete credit reviews.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on key risk indicators and trends across the portfolio.
- Provide timely and accurate support to internal teams and clients to ensure high service levels.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and data quality.
- Take ownership of client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., Compliance, Risk, Operations) to ensure accurate and complete client information.
- Contribute to team initiatives and broader risk management projects as assigned.
- Help to back up others on the team as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in AML, Reporting, Commercial Banking, or Risk Operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data management tools. SQL experience is a plus.
- Experience in creating Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly reports leveraging Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with AML/KYC processes and regulatory requirements.
- Strong quantitative skills.
- Experience with Corporate Card or ACH products is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Basic understanding of risk management concepts and portfolio monitoring.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Salary: $54,000.00 - $99,600.00
Pay Type: Salaried
