The Marketing Planning Specialist will play a key role in supporting the integrated planning process across AIR MILES' broader marketing organization. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Integrated Planning, this role helps ensure that all Brand, Collector Engagement, and Partner Marketing initiatives ladder up cohesively to a unified, member-first marketing strategy. This role enables data-driven decision-making, improves member experience, and increases operational efficiency by driving cross-functional visibility, clarity, and marketing synchronicity.
The Specialist will support the development and execution of annual and quarterly planning processes, contribute to the creation of foundational planning frameworks, and help ensure that teams are working toward shared goals as one cohesive marketing unit throughout the year. The ideal candidate is a process-driven planner, strong communicator, analytical thinker, and someone who thrives in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments.

Salary: $45,500.00 - $84,500.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents AIR MILES' expected target for the first year in this position.
AIR MILES' total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
