The Opportunity
Our Fielders business is looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join the Customer Service Team based in Emu Plains, NSW. With a proud history starting in Adelaide, today Fielders manufactures and markets steel building products across Australia. We deliver customer-inspired outcomes that support architects, engineers, builders, installers and property owners in creating their vision.
In this exciting opportunity, you will lead and develop the Customer Service team to strengthen their capabilities in achieving exceptional customer experiences. Reporting into the Customer Service Manager, you will work closely to align the team strategy with business objectives and outcomes for your team.
