Position Overview

We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-friendly Estate Sale Team Members to assist with the preparation and execution of estate sales. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment, have an eye for organization and presentation, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Staging and organizing household items for sale (furniture, décor, kitchenware, collectibles, etc.)
• Research and accurately price items included in the sale
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sale environment
• Greet and assist customers during sale days in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with post-sale breakdown and cleanup as needed

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move items (up to 30–50 lbs) and be on your feet for extended periods
• Flexible availability, especially on weekends
• Prior retail, estate sale, or merchandising experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
