We're hiring a Service Manager to run the board, coach techs, and drive results.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows service, not sales, not parts running, not putting out fires all day. You lead through structure, numbers, and coaching.
Running the dispatch board daily
Coaching techs call-by-call to sell more work
Driving higher conversion, bigger tickets, and cleaner invoices
Leading a team of ~10 service techs + Field Supervisor
Working closely with Dispatch, CSR, and Inventory
Holding the team accountable to clear performance numbers
Experience leading 8–12 service technicians
Proven history running $5M+ in service revenue
Strong service knowledge (commercial, multifamily, residential)
Comfortable coaching pricing, options, and objections
Knows their way around ServiceTitan (or similar)
Numbers-driven, organized, and decisive
Outside sales
Running parts
Chaos management
