The BCBST Security Operations Center is looking to add a Security Specialist experienced in monitoring access control, cameras, dispatching, and writing incident reports. The Security Operations Center provides support, safety, and security throughout the entire Enterprise. Safety for our people and assets is our number one goal.
In this role you will train and learn the various systems and tools that are used daily. You will have the opportunity to earn your UAV license and become part of the BCBST drone program as well as working alongside our professional staff. Candidates must have a current State of Tennessee Unarmed Security License (or be able to obtain one within 90 days of hire). Attention to detail, teamwork, and integrity is a must.
Note: The SOC is a 24/7, 365 operation – you'll likely work nights, weekends, and holidays in this role. There are three shifts available; SOC Specialists are not guaranteed to be locked into one specific shift.

Employees who are required to operate either a BCBST-owned vehicle or a personal or rental vehicle for company business on a routine basis* will be automatically enrolled into the BCBST Driver Safety Program. The employee will also be required to adhere to the guidelines set forth through the program. This includes, maintaining a valid driver's license, auto insurance compliance with minimum liability requirements; as defined in the "Use of Non BCBST-Owned Vehicle" Policy (for employees driving personal or rental vehicles only); and maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR). *The definition for "routine basis" is defined as daily, weekly or at regularly schedule times.
