What will be your contributions?

As Visual Merchandising Support, you will represent the brand image and aesthetic values through the management and execution of the visual presentation of products in our points of sale.

Your contribution to Blue Banana will be exceptional if you develop these functions:

• Realization and follow-up of VM and display materials orders: Ensuring that visual and decorative materials arrive on time to keep the displays updated and in line with current campaigns.
• Creation of communications with stores: Establishing clear and effective communication with stores to ensure the correct implementation of visual merchandising guidelines.
• Review of VM in El Corte Inglés and other points of sale: Supporting the verification that the visual presentation in these points maintains brand standards.
• Assembly and ironing of looks for photo sessions: Preparing products and garments for photo sessions and visual montages in the office.
• Management of productions and shipments with suppliers: Coordinating the production of materials and the logistics of shipments to arrive on time and in the right conditions.
• Showroom maintenance: Ensuring that the showroom is always presentable and in line with the latest brand trends.
• Pointual visits to points of sale: Making visits to stores for the implementation of visual merchandising or the supervision of their general state.

• Passion for design and fashion: If you have a great aesthetic sensitivity and passion for fashion trends, you will contribute a creative vision that will help our brand to stand out in the visual presentation of products.
• Availability to perform internships, with your educational center or our collaborator.
• Quick learning capacity: We value your ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment. Your curiosity and eagerness to learn will allow you to develop new skills and stay up to date with the demands of the sector.
• Dominance of digital tools: Your knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint and Excel will be a plus for image editing, creation of presentations and project organization. You will be ready to support in the visual production of campaigns.
• Organization and management capacity: You will be key in the coordination of material orders, management of productions and shipments with suppliers. Maintaining control over multiple tasks at the same time will be essential for the success of the team.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel: Occasionally, you will be required to make visits to points of sale to supervise the correct implementation of the guidelines.
• Proactivity and communication skills: As part of your contribution, you will participate in the creation of communications with stores and in the daily management of visual merchandising. Your ability to communicate clearly and proactively will ensure that all parties work aligned towards the same objectives.
