Your Role in Our Mission

The most important campaign of the year is coming: Black Friday; and we are looking for Sales Assistants to strengthen our Valladolid store.

We are looking for profiles with demonstrable experience in customer service, with availability to work Monday to Sunday with rotating shifts from November 17 to the second week of January. We offer temporary contracts to support the Black Friday and Christmas campaign.

The vacancy to be covered is located in our point of sale:

• Valladolid Store (Calle Constitución, 1) | 20 hours weekly
• Valladolid Store (Calle Constitución, 1) | 16 hours weekly

We want you to be the face of Blue Banana, representing our image and values while you handle sales and offer an incredible experience to our customers, being their greatest ally:

• We will value positively a minimum experience of 6 months as Sales Assistant.
• Accompanying customers during the sales process while transmitting our values throughout the shopping experience.
• Maintaining the store with the image aligned with the brand values of BB.
• Providing operational support in inventory management, stock control, orders, and warehouse.
• Good communication skills.
• We will value positively that you perform well speaking in a second language.
• Having flexible hours to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
• Enjoying selling, promoting cross-selling, and offering alternatives. You will be the key person, along with your colleagues, to achieve the store's sales objectives.
