What will be your contributions?

We are looking for talent for our physical points of sale in our Blue Banana stores in Palma de Mallorca. We are looking for profiles with demonstrable experience in customer service as a fashion store assistant.

The vacancies to be covered are a Sales Assistant position with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday:

The physical store in Palma de Mallorca - 40-hour weekly schedule (Temporary for the month of February).

We are looking for someone like you to join our teams. We want you to be the visible face of Blue Banana, representing our image and values while you handle sales and offer an incredible experience to our customers, being their biggest ally:

• Accompanying customers during the sales process, transmitting our values throughout the shopping experience.
• Maintaining the store with the image aligned with the brand values of bb.
• Providing operational support in inventory management, stock control, orders, and warehouse.

What will make you succeed with us? Key skills and experiences:

• We will positively value a minimum experience of 6 months as a Sales Assistant.
• Good communication skills.
• Enjoy selling, promoting cross-selling, and offering alternatives. You will be the key person, along with your colleagues, to achieve the store's sales objectives.
• Have flexible hours to work on rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
• We will positively value that you perform well speaking a second language.
