What will be your contributions?

We are looking for talent for our physical sales points in our Blue Banana stores in Málaga. We are looking for profiles with demonstrable experience in customer service as a fashion store assistant.

The vacancies to be covered are a Sales Assistant position with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

We are looking for someone like you to join our teams. We want you to be the visible face of Blue Banana, representing our image and values while you handle sales and offer an incredible service to our customers, being their biggest ally:

• Accompanying customers during the sales process, transmitting our values throughout the shopping experience.
• Maintaining the store with the image aligned with the brand values of bb.
• Providing operational support in inventory management, stock control, orders, and warehouse.

What will make you successful with us? Key skills and experiences:

• We will positively value a minimum of 6 months' experience as a Sales Assistant.
• Good communication skills.
• Enjoy selling, promoting cross-selling, and offering alternatives. You will be the key person, along with your colleagues, to achieve the store's sales objectives.
• Have flexible hours to work on rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
• We will positively value that you perform well speaking in a second language.

What will be the selection process?
