Your Contributions

We are looking for talent for our physical sales point in our Blue Banana outlet store in Madrid. We are looking for profiles with demonstrable experience in customer service as a fashion store assistant.

The position to be covered is a Sales Assistant with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

We are looking for someone like you to join our team. We want you to be the visible face of Blue Banana, representing our image and values while you are in charge of sales and offer an incredible treatment to our customers, being their greatest ally:

• Accompanying customers during the sales process, transmitting our values throughout the shopping experience.
• Maintaining the store with the image aligned with the brand values of bb.
• Providing operational support in inventory management, stock control, orders, and warehouse.

Key Skills and Experiences That Will Make You Successful With Us

• We will value positively a minimum experience of 6 months as a Sales Assistant.
• Good communication skills.
• Enjoying selling, promoting cross-selling, and offering alternatives. You will be the key person, together with your colleagues, to achieve the store's sales objectives.
• Having flexible hours to work on rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.
• We will value positively that you perform well speaking in a second language.
