What Will Be Your Contributions?

As Retail Operations Support, your main mission will be to provide operational support in the execution of the Retail strategy within the Retail Operations area. You will be mainly responsible for helping with the management of store stock replenishment orders, organizing pickups with carriers, and following up on all deliveries to ensure that everything arrives on time and in the agreed quantities. Additionally, you will be responsible for the management of reverse logistics, tare, packaging, and returns, as well as coordinating these shipments with the warehouse. You will also work with operational systems such as ERP, RFID, and order replenishment programs, or Shopify.

Your contribution to Blue Banana Brand will be exceptional if you develop these functions:

• Support in the follow-up and management of store replenishment orders and points of sale.
• Coordination of deliveries and pickups in stores.
• Management of transfers between stores and product centering.
• Management of tare and returns.
• Management of packaging at different points of sale.
• Elaboration of reporting and monitoring of KPIs of the area.
• Operational contact between warehouse, carriers, and physical stores.

• University studies in progress or completed related to the area of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Great organizational capacity and goal orientation.

• Dynamic profile with proactivity and strong interpersonal skills.
• Good communication capacity.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to collaborate in different areas and functions.
