Together with the Senior Bouquet Coordinator, your key goal is to translate beautiful design visions into tangible, high-quality, and profitable products. As a Bouquet Operations Assistant, you sit at the crucial intersection of Range, Design, Buying, and Production. Your core purpose is to collaborate with the Senior Coordinator to ensure every design sketch moves smoothly and efficiently toward becoming a real, high-quality, and profitable bouquet. You'll work hand-in-hand with the Senior Coordinator and the Buyers. By providing essential coordination and administrative support and meticulously completing all necessary groundwork, you ensure every design is production-ready. This guarantees the Buying team has full visibility into the specific flowers and stems required for on-time and in-full delivery.
