About the Role:
The Associate Director of PMM - Platform & Partnerships will own the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for Bloomreach's platform and partner ecosystem. This leader ensures customers and prospects understand how our data foundation, AI capabilities, integrations, and tech partnerships differentiate us in powering personalization at scale and driving commerce outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and ISV teams to articulate how Bloomreach's data and AI foundation enables personalization at scale, and how our partner network extends this value for customers.
- Lead the development of platform messaging and content that clearly defines our data and AI differentiation and equip internal teams with the narratives, materials, and tools (decks, briefs, technical one-pagers, demo scripts) needed to drive growth.
- Collaborate with partners to build 'better together' stories, ensuring that joint solutions are positioned effectively to create co-selling opportunities and ecosystem fit.
- Manage, coach, and grow a team of PMMs across platform and partner-aligned roles, setting priorities, goals, and development plans.
- Serve as a senior voice within the marketing and product org, shaping overall strategy and ensuring alignment with business goals.
What You'll Need:
The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of martech/personalization platforms, data ecosystems, and AI applications with strong leadership skills.
- A critical expectation for this role is strong storytelling ability. You will be expected to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with both technical stakeholders and executive decision makers.
- Proven experience with big launch events. You will develop the strategy, messaging, and orchestration required to bring new platform capabilities and partnerships to market, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring consistent execution across campaigns, events, partners, analysts, and customer-facing teams.
- 10+ years in product marketing or GTM strategy roles, with at least 2 years in a people leadership capacity.
- Proven experience positioning personalization/ data / AI-driven products to both technical and executive audiences.
- Familiarity with CDP, data warehouses, APIs, integrations, and the role of AI in personalization and automation.
- Familiarity with partner marketing and enablement, and crafting compelling better together stories.
- Strong cross-functional leadership, with experience influencing Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
- Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills, including experience presenting to C-level executives.
The base salary range for this position is $155,000-$185,000, plus bonus and RSU's. The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity and business needs, and may vary from the range listed above.
