IT And Technical Support Manager - Remote Eligible

You are at the front line of med tech innovation. You are based in the USA and part of our engineering team. Your primary mission is to ensure our operation teams perform efficiently and in compliance with applicable regulatory, (cyber)security and privacy requirements. Your second mission is to provide second line technical support for our users–patients and healthcare providers, and work with the customer success team to ensure all Bloomlife users have an amazing experience using our services.

Your responsibilities:

• Company IT Ownership
• Own IT infrastructure for US operations (hardware, software, networking), focusing on Google Workspace.
• Manage access rights, permissions, and compliance with security/privacy requirements.
• Continuously improve IT processes and documentation.
• Compliance & Security
• Collaborate with regulatory and software teams on IT requirements.
• Ensure HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST/ISO 270001 compliance.
• Provide guidance on IT, security, and privacy best practices.
• Monitoring and auditing of sensitive information
• Technical Support
• Second line technical support for users (patients & providers).
• Work closely with Customer Success to resolve issues.
