In Porto, the HR Ops Partner operates as an in-country HR expert, combining operational delivery with advisory responsibilities to support employees and managers.
The role is accountable for ensuring compliant, efficient, and employee-centric HR processes, while acting as a trusted point of contact for local HR topics and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
