We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable IT Operations Engineer to join our Group IT and specifically DataCenter Management department. By joining this role, you'll be part of Group IT Operations, responsible for implementing our IT strategy, delivering and supporting modern technologies, embedding security best practices, and maintaining uninterrupted operations of our banking services and platforms, hosted either in our Data Center premises or on public cloud providers.

As an IT Operations Engineer, your hands-on role will focus on preparing, scheduling, executing and reporting the annual and partial disaster test based on the service continuity and the change management processes, thus maintaining the certification and auditing obligations of the Bank accordingly. Furthermore, administrating and enhancement of the current Datacenter Automation platform is mandatory while also implementing robust and cutting-edge solutions, to ensure the seamless operations of Group IT services. You will contribute in new technology implementations to continuously improve our IT landscape, working closely with Group IT, Asset Owners, Business representatives and local subsidiaries' teams to ensure service resilience, availability and disaster recovery capabilities.

As a key contributor, you will help ensure IT Services Operational Excellence while driving innovation and optimization within our IT environment.
