Shift Maintenance Engineer job available to work at a luxury apartment building based near Victoria, London.

Permanent job offering up to £32k + benefits. 12hr day shifts 4 on 4 off shifts 8am-8pm.

Job duties:

• Responsible for maintaining plant and equipment.
• Carrying out maintenance to mechanical equipment and systems.
• Plant room checks and record work on mechanical services.
• Some general maintenance as repairs such as basic electrical and plumbing works.

Job requirements:

• The ideal candidate will hold mechanical or plumbing qualifications.
• Preferably have experience working in a hotel environment.
• Be multi skilled and able to carry out general maintenance.
• Will be extremely well presented and have good interpersonal skills.

The Shift Maintenance Engineer job is based near Victoria station, London SW1E 5ND.
