Shift Maintenance Engineer job available to work at a luxury apartment building based near Victoria, London.
Permanent job offering up to £32k + benefits. 12hr day shifts 4 on 4 off shifts 8am-8pm.
Job duties:
- Responsible for maintaining plant and equipment.
- Carrying out maintenance to mechanical equipment and systems.
- Plant room checks and record work on mechanical services.
- Some general maintenance as repairs such as basic electrical and plumbing works.
Job requirements:
- The ideal candidate will hold mechanical or plumbing qualifications.
- Preferably have experience working in a hotel environment.
