Maintenance Engineer
Our client is looking to fill a permanent job for a Maintenance Engineer to work at a prestigious property based in Green Park, London. The Maintenance Engineer job is offering up to £25k + benefits. Working shifts 8am-4.30pm - 5 days out of 7.
The Maintenance Engineer job will involve the following:
- Carrying out planned maintenance and reactive maintenance.
- Weekly gas, electricity and water meter readings and fire alarm tests.
- To clean equipment and tools after use and keep the workshop clean.
- Ensure all maintenance works are carried out to health and safety regulations.
- Maintain maintenance records.
- Carry out other duties as and when required.
The ideal candidate for the Maintenance Engineer job will have experience working in a hotel or hospitality environment. Have excellent grooming standards and good communication skills. Attend training courses as required. Have knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical maintenance.
