Must Have Skills:
ServiceNow Development Experience – Strong hands-on experience in developing ServiceNow applications, custom modules, and workflows.
ITSM Module Expertise – In-depth understanding and implementation experience in core ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
Scripting Knowledge – Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes).
ServiceNow Administration – Solid experience in configuring forms, lists, tables, and user roles/permissions.
Integration Experience – Ability to integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
Good to Have Skills:
Certifications – ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer certifications.
ITIL Foundation – Knowledge of ITIL framework and processes.
Experience with Automation – Knowledge of Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and automation via Orchestration.
Custom App Development – Experience in developing scoped applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Reporting & Dashboards – Ability to create complex reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Platform Development & Customization – Design, develop, and customize applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements.
Location: Pune, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Bangalore, and Chennai
CTC Range: 25 LPA
