Experience: 8 to 12 years

Must Have Skills:

Strong proficiency in Python – Deep understanding of Python 3 and its ecosystem.
Experience with Web Frameworks – Hands-on experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
RESTful API Development – Ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure REST APIs.
Database Experience – Strong understanding of relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL and experience with ORMs.
Version Control Systems – Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).

Good to Have Skills:

Experience with Docker & Kubernetes – Containerization and orchestration for microservices.
CI/CD Pipelines – Familiarity with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.
Asynchronous Programming – Understanding of async libraries like asyncio, aiohttp.
Cloud Services – Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure (e.g., Lambda, S3, EC2).
Monitoring & Logging – Experience with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Sentry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and Develop Backend Systems – Build scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs and services.
Database Management – Create efficient schemas, write optimized queries, and manage migrations.
Code Quality and Reviews – Write clean, maintainable code and participate in peer reviews.
Collaborate with Teams – Work closely with frontend engineers, QA, DevOps, and product managers.
Optimize Performance – Monitor and improve backend system performance, scalability, and reliability.

CTC Range: 30 to 32 LPA
