Experience: 4 to 8 years
Must Have Skills: Strong experience in production support for enterprise or financial applications. Proven ability in incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution. Solid understanding of application support processes and SLAs. Hands-on experience with databases (SQL) for data analysis and troubleshooting. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have Skills: Experience working in financial services or banking environments. Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks. Exposure to Unix/Linux systems and log analysis. Experience with monitoring tools and batch job scheduling. Knowledge of automation or scripting (Python, Shell) to improve operational efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities: Provide production application support to ensure system stability and availability. Monitor applications and respond to incidents, alerts, and service requests. Perform root cause analysis, implement fixes, and prevent recurrence. Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and releases. Maintain support documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
