Experience: 2 to 4 years

Must Have Skills:

Incident Management: Strong experience handling P1/P2 incidents and performing root cause analysis.
Linux/Unix Skills: Proficient in navigating and troubleshooting in a Linux/Unix environment.
SQL & Database Knowledge: Ability to write and debug SQL queries for investigating data issues.
Monitoring Tools: Experience with tools like Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios, or equivalent.
Scripting Skills: Basic knowledge of shell scripting or Python for automation and log parsing.

Good to Have Skills:

Cloud Platforms: Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
CI/CD Tools: Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD pipelines.
Application Performance Monitoring (APM): Knowledge of tools like AppDynamics, Datadog, or New Relic.
ITIL Framework: Understanding of ITIL processes like change management, problem management.
Message Queues: Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar message broker systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Incident Resolution: Provide L1/L2 support for production incidents and outages, ensuring minimal downtime.
Monitoring & Alerts: Set up, monitor, and fine-tune alerts to proactively catch issues.
Root Cause Analysis: Analyze incidents and perform RCA to prevent future occurrences.
Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve issues and deploy fixes.
Documentation: Maintain runbooks, incident reports, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai

CTC Range: 12 LPA
