Job Title: L2 Support Engineer

Qualification: Any graduation

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Must Have Skills:

5–6 years of experience in global systems support, with strong focus on the Market Risk domain.

Solid understanding of financial products (Rates, FX, Equities, Credit, Commodities) and risk metrics (VaR, FRTB, sensitivities, stress testing).

Experience working with key financial data domains such as reference data and market data.

Proficiency in Japanese language with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong incident management, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to manage multiple workstreams.

Good to Have Skills:

Experience working in Agile development and support teams.

Knowledge of configuration and release management processes.

ITIL certification or strong understanding of ITIL practices.

Exposure to Active Directory and role-based access management.

Familiarity with vendor platforms such as ActivePivot, Timescape, or similar risk systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide Level 2 application and systems support for Market Risk platforms and related services.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and production issues, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.

Perform data validation and analysis using SQL and logs to identify and resolve system or data-related issues.

Support release, configuration, and deployment activities in coordination with development and operations teams.

Automate recurring operational tasks and contribute to continuous improvement and system stability.

Location: Pune, Hyderabad, and Bangalore

CTC Range: 24 LPA

Notice period: Immediate

Shift Timings: 5.30 am to 2.30 Pm IST
