Qualification: Any graduation

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Must Have Skills:

  • Korean fluency – spoken and written
  • Customer service experience (voice and non-voice)
  • CRM and ticketing tool proficiency
  • Problem-solving and complaint handling skills
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities

Good to Have Skills:

  • Experience in international or multicultural customer support
  • Technical troubleshooting experience
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or financial services processes
  • TOPIK certification or equivalent Korean language certification
  • Ability to adapt to changing workflows and procedures

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Korean, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and transaction-related support via voice and non-voice (email, chat, tickets) channels.
  • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues while maintaining professionalism.
  • Process customer transactions, orders, and requests efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Stay updated on product/service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Location: Pune or Bangalore

CTC Range: 12 LPA

Notice period: Immediate
