Qualification: ANY GRADUATION

Experience: 8 TO 12 YEARS

Must Have Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with incident management, problem management, and change management
  • Strong SQL knowledge for data analysis and debugging
  • Good understanding of Linux/Unix command line and scripting (Shell/Python/Bash)
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk, Dynatrace)
  • Experience with ITIL processes
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in shifts/on-call rotations when required
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams

Good to Have Skills:

  • Knowledge or experience with GIVR (Global Infrastructure Vulnerability Reporting) systems
  • Understanding of MI (Management Information) reporting tools
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Jira)
  • Exposure to ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms
  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for business-critical applications, especially those related to GIVR 5 MI
  • Monitor application performance and ensure high availability and reliability
  • Investigate and resolve application issues, coordinating with development and infrastructure teams
  • Work closely with business users to understand and resolve application-related issues
  • Handle incident and problem tickets using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes or workarounds
  • Create and maintain support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles

Location: Bangalore

CTC Range: 22 LPA

Notice period: 45 DAYS
