Job Title: Deputy Manager – HRBP

Qualification: Any Graduate and Above

Relevant Experience: 9 – 11 Years

Must Have Skills:

• HR Business Partnering (HRBP) Expertise
• Experience in Performance management, Workforce planning, Employee engagement, Retention strategies
• Experience handling international HRBP particularly in BPO/ITeS environments
• Hands-on experience in resolving escalations, employee conflicts, and disciplinary matters
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
• Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior management

Good Have Skills:

• Experience in BPO/ITeS industry, International HR processes, Core HRBP

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for international business processes.
• Collaborate with business leaders to address workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
• Drive performance management, employee relations, and grievance handling in line with organizational policies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company guidelines, and HR best practices.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and address training and development needs.
• Provide HR analytics, insights, and recommendations for decision-making.
• Support organizational change management initiatives and ensure smooth transitions.

CTC Range: 8 – 12 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum)
