Must Have Skills:

Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Deployment & Management

Hands-on experience deploying and managing AVD host pools, session hosts, and FSLogix profiles.
Microsoft Azure Core Services
Proficiency in managing Azure AD, virtual networks, storage accounts, Azure Monitor, and RBAC.
Windows Virtualization & Desktop Management
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 multi-session, Group Policies, and session management.
Identity & Access Management
Integration of AVD with Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, and hybrid join scenarios.
PowerShell / Scripting
Ability to automate AVD tasks using PowerShell or ARM/Bicep templates.

Good to Have Skills:

FSLogix Profile Container Troubleshooting

Experience in managing and troubleshooting user profiles using FSLogix.
Monitoring & Diagnostics Tools
Familiarity with Log Analytics, Azure Monitor, and diagnostics for AVD performance tuning.
Intune / Endpoint Manager
Device and application policy management for AVD using Microsoft Intune.
Security & Compliance in Azure
Understanding of policies, compliance, and Defender for Cloud in AVD environments.
Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Knowledge of using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates to automate AVD deployments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and Deploy AVD Infrastructure

Architect and implement Azure Virtual Desktop environments for various use cases.

Manage & Optimize AVD Environments

User Support & Troubleshooting

Provide Tier 2/3 support for AVD-related issues, including login failures and profile errors.

Security & Policy Implementation

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

Maintain technical documentation and assist in training internal teams or end-users.

Location: Pune, Hyd, Blore

CTC Range: 15 to 22 LPA
