IT Service Delivery Lead – Quote To Cash
Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking an IT Service Delivery Lead – Quote to Cash to join our client's team.
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Lead to own and optimize our Quote-to-Cash technology landscape. This role partners closely with business stakeholders across the end-to-end process, ensuring Salesforce, CPQ, and our hybrid ERP back office systems enable efficient, scalable, and high-quality operations. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a track record of managing global delivery teams, and hands-on experience driving platform consolidations in post-acquisition environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary IT leader for the Quote-to-Cash domain, aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process and system optimization.
- Oversee and manage a blended team of onshore and offshore IT resources, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of enhancements, integrations, and support.
- Drive platform strategy and roadmap for Salesforce, CPQ, and ERP with a focus on simplification, scalability, and user experience. Experience implementing Netsuite is a plus.
- Lead platform rationalization and consolidation initiatives, especially in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
- Establish and enforce service delivery standards, SLAs, and best practices across systems and teams.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture, security, and other IT domains to ensure solutions are compliant, resilient, and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Act as escalation point for critical incidents and ensure continuous improvement in system reliability and business satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 5 years in Quote-to-Cash platforms and processes.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce, CPQ, and NetSuite with demonstrated success in end-to-end optimization.
- Proven ability to manage global teams, including offshore delivery partners.
- Experience leading platform consolidation/integration projects post-acquisition.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and partner across business functions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred:
- Experience with Agile delivery models.
- Exposure to other SaaS business platforms (e.g., Zuora, Workday, ServiceNow).
- Relevant Salesforce or NetSuite certifications.
