Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a Customer Support Administrator to join our client's team.
The Customer Support Administrator supports the Missile Defense Agency on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions contract.
The candidate will:
- Conduct day-to-day administration of hardware, software, network and users
- Provide in person and phone support to MDA end user troubleshooting computers, printers, software, operating systems, and office products.
- Install hardware at end users offices (laptops, desktops, monitors, etc)
- Professional behavior and dress required.
- Contribute to large scale projects and events.
The successful candidate will:
- Have strong written and verbal communications.
Basic Requirements:
- Must have 3 or more years of directly related experience in customer support.
- Must have a current DoD 8670 IAT Level II Certification (ex: Security+).
- Must have an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Security Clearance Required: Secret
