As a Sales Manager for the East & LATAM region you will drive the growth of Blacklane's B2B client base, expanding our footprint across the Americas. You'll be responsible for winning new business, nurturing long-term client partnerships, and ensuring a seamless experience that reflects Blacklane's premium service standards. This role blends autonomy with cross-functional collaboration, giving you the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a dynamic and growing market.
Drive new business growth: Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the East & LATAM region.
Build client relationships: Establish and strengthen connections with corporate clients, travel managers, agencies, and key decision-makers.
Manage sales pipeline: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting and consistent follow-up.
Lead RFP/RFI processes: Navigate complex procurement cycles with support and guidance from senior leadership when required.
Deliver tailored proposals: Create and present compelling, customized proposals and presentations that highlight Blacklane's value proposition.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Sales Operations, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client success.
Represent Blacklane externally: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking forums to boost visibility and generate qualified leads.
Leverage market insights: Capture and share client feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends to refine and strengthen sales strategy.
About You
3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in travel, mobility, hospitality, or related service industries.
A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets through consultative, solution-oriented selling.
Strong pipeline management, negotiation, and closing skills.
Proactive and results-oriented, with a proven ability to win new business while cultivating long-term client relationships
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
Fluent in English.
Preference will be given to candidates based in Miami.
