Blackbird is looking for a Loyalty Ops Contractor who will be responsible for creating a system for repeatable loyalty campaigns, data analytics, and engagement strategies that build our Blackbird Club program.
The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of marketing/operations experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and a passion for restaurants and hospitality.
Deliverables Include:
Member Insights & Reporting - build analysis reports with actionable insights. Create dashboards for ongoing analysis and executive summaries
Performance Framework - define success metrics, KPI definitions, and a system for ongoing reporting and analysis.
Segmentation Strategy - create VVIP/3X/5X segmentation strategy document with recommendations for targeting and engagement.
Engagement Workflows - build documentation of workflows, playbooks, and engagement touchpoints.
Tracking & Systems Recommendations - build proposals for tools and systems to improve tracking, measurement, and efficiency on Club member and restaurant spend, growth, engagement.
Campaign Implementation Plan - build detailed plan with timelines, ownership, and workflows for loyalty campaigns and User Communication best practices.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in marketing, operations, or related fields
Strong analytical skills
Comfortable with SQL, CRM management, Google Sheets, and reporting tools like Metabase
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable engaging with VVIP members and representing Blackbird at events
Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment; proactive and willing to “grab the ball”
Nice to Haves
Prior experience in hospitality or restaurants
Familiarity with loyalty programs, customer engagement strategies, or community management
Event operations or experiential marketing background
Depending on your work location and experience, the target hourly rate for this role is around $45/hour. This disclosure is provided in accordance with New York City’s Pay Transparency Law.
