Partner Technical Account Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Partner Technical Account Manager with a passion for innovation and business impact. This role will be a valued contributor in Blackbaud's pursuit of extending innovative technologies for customers while delivering on our employee value proposition to fuel social impact, benefit from opportunity and growth, support success for all and understand through experience that you matter. What you'll be doing:

  • Support the ISV program strategy and execution to further increase the number of participating partners and expand the number of integrations with existing participants
  • Contribute to Blackbaud marketplace ideation process from business case, planning and governance, business value, solution differentiation, and business modeling to enhance the ISV program value proposition while improving Blackbaud customer experience
  • Collaborate extensively with partner enablement to communicate guidance, best practices, and technical updates at scale
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for Partners, handling escalated technical issues related to scope. Collaborate closely with internal engineering, product, and support teams to resolve issues effectively
  • Track and report on the status of Partner integration projects as well as integration support resolutions

What we'll want you to have:

  • The ability to quickly diagnose technical problems, assess risks, and provide immediate solutions, with proven experience coordinating with various teams (such as support, engineering, and product teams) to resolve issues
  • Knowledge of ISV and marketplace ecosystems and awareness of industry trends
  • Experience working with technology customers (such as software providers) and consulting partners (such as SIs and Resellers)
  • Technology background with cloud technology
