The Corporate Impact Sales team at Blackbaud is dedicated to helping companies do more good in the world. We are looking for an ambitious, energetic sales professional who can step in and have immediate impact on business growth, while working with some of the world's most recognizable brands to help them deliver on their Corporate Social Responsibility programs with Blackbaud's market leading solutions. You'll be completely immersed in our company's operations as we continue to evolve our intuitive technology that helps companies connect with their employees and the causes they care about most. You will be expected to provide valuable industry insights to your prospects while positioning our solution. Our sales executives set the tone for first impressions, and we've built a reputation we'd like to keep.

The starting base salary and annual proposed commission is $101,400.00 to $138,100.00. Blackbaud may pay more or less based on employee qualifications, market value, sales quota, Company finances, and other operational considerations.
