Marketing Assistant/Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Assistant/Coordinator to support the execution of digital and offline activities. This role will work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns and events are delivered on time, on brand, and in line with business objectives.

Please note that we're a remote-first company offering the flexibility to work remotely within the country advertised.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of event marketing experience preferably within the tech or B2B sector
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and a desire to meet exceed deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast paced environment
• Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative, creative, and analytical
• Strong team player with a positive attitude

What Would Really Knock Our Socks Off

• Experience with DevOps, developer marketing or highly technical solutions
• Experience and understanding of mobile tools and processes
• Experience with HubSpot, SFDC, and Webflow

Your Responsibilities

General Marketing Support

• Maintain marketing calendars for digital campaigns and events.
• Support budget tracking and invoice processing.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors/agencies as needed.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth marketing operations.
• CRM management.

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Conduct basic performance tracking, pulling reports, and preparing dashboards for internal review.
• Support content creation for paid campaigns (ad copy, visuals coordination with design, landing pages).
• Research competitors, audience trends, and campaign best practices.
• Ensure campaign assets and messaging align with brand guidelines.

Event Marketing Support

• Assist in researching, planning and executing webinars, conferences, trade shows, and client events.
• Coordinate logistics including venue bookings, vendor communication, promotional materials, and registration platforms.
• Manage event marketing communications (invitations, reminder emails, social posts).
• Support event activities such as registration, setup, and attendee engagement.
• Track event performance (attendance, engagement, leads generated) and support post-event reporting and insights.
