- The Technical Support Engineer will provide support and expertise for Brocade Premier Customers, both remotely and on-site.
- Responsibilities include assisting with the design, planning, and implementation of complex SAN infrastructures.
- The role involves leading educational workshops to enhance the knowledge of internal SAN designers and administrators.
- Candidates will be expected to support the operation and management of the Customer's Brocade infrastructure.
- The position requires participation in change management meetings and communication with the Customer's business units and vendors.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, particularly in a client-facing role within a technology company.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred, with significant experience in the industry.
- Candidates should possess excellent fault isolation and root cause analysis skills to effectively diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves interacting with customers and participating in live troubleshooting sessions.
- Availability for nights and weekends is required to assist customers with their projects as needed.
