- The role involves providing technical leadership in identifying, evaluating, improving, and maintaining photolithography equipment.
- The engineer will be responsible for new equipment selection, acceptance, and start-up, as well as hardware and software optimization.
- Collaboration with Process Engineering and R&D is crucial to conceptualize and progress opportunities for technological leadership.
- The engineer will develop and implement maintenance procedures and train personnel on these processes.
- The position requires establishing project objectives, schedules, and resource profiles for long-term improvement projects.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background with a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or Chemistry.
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience is required for candidates with a BS, while those with an MS should have at least 3 years of experience.
- Expertise in photolithography and proficiency with various photolithography tools is essential, particularly with TEL_ACT8 and PAS5500 equipment.
- Candidates should possess strong statistical process control skills and mature data analysis capabilities using tools like JMP, Minitab, and Excel.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills and a proven ability to work in a dynamic environment.
