The BIOTRONIK AG, based in Bülach, Zurich, develops and manufactures stents and balloon catheters for the treatment of cardiovascular and endovascular diseases. The Operations Bülach area extrudes tubes, coats stents, and assembles components for coronary and peripheral devices. As a Production Engineer, you will report directly to the responsible production manager and be responsible for ensuring that the manufacturing processes run smoothly and that the availability of the individual production lines is guaranteed. The Global Supply Chain VI department has the task of optimizing the entire supply chain in a highly regulated environment, both "end to end" and across all company levels, and to supply our sales organizations on time.

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for the independent processing of orders within Switzerland
• You monitor deliveries and take care of any follow-up if necessary
• You are also responsible for invoicing
• You take care of the contact maintenance and communication with the worldwide sales organizations as well as with external service providers
• In addition, you actively participate in the development of internal processes and systems
• Your area of activity is rounded off with the management of projects for process optimization in the area of order fulfillment

Your Profile

• You have a successfully completed commercial education
• You have several years of professional experience in the fields of customer service and order processing
• You are proficient in using MS365 and have solid SAP knowledge (SD, MM)
• You speak fluent German, English, and French, Italian skills are advantageous
• You have a strong customer and service orientation
• You have a confident demeanor and excellent communication skills
