Supplier Quality Engineer

The Quality Management (QM) department initiates and ensures the quality of our medical products at the highest technological level.

Your Tasks

• Expansion, qualification, and development of the supplier base to ensure our quality standards
• Preparation, execution, and follow-up of supplier audits
• Monitoring and further development of supplier-related KPIs with derivation, agreement, and follow-up of appropriate measures to ensure specification-compliant incoming quality and to improve supplier performance
• Negotiation, coordination, and documentation of quality management agreements (QMA) with suppliers
• Participation in product development projects as well as in the creation of risk and specification documents
• Accompaniment and evaluation of acceptances and tests with suppliers within the framework of projects for products and processes

Your Profile

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering, materials engineering, or a comparable course of study
• Several years of professional experience in supplier management and in conducting supplier audits
• Very good knowledge in the field of quality management and secure application of suitable Q-methods (e.g., Ishikawa, 8D method, FMEA)
• Experience in creating and negotiating quality management agreements is desirable
• Willingness to travel
• Very good German and English skills
• Good Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge
