In the support area for cardiac rhythm management (CRM) and electrophysiology (EP), you will support and advise our customers, doctors, and medical hospital staff on the use of our medical products through clinical technical support. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and to be an active member in the success of the Biotronik Vertriebs GmbH.

Your tasks:

• Clinical technical support of implantations in the operating room
• Supporting potential customers and conducting customer visits and training in the defined area
• Performing aftercare, troubleshooting, and software updates
• Close cooperation with your contacts within the company
• Support and assistance of sales staff
• Possible support in the EP area (electrophysiology)

Your profile:

• Technical, scientific, or medical vocational training
• Experience in monitoring scientific studies in medical technology or pharmaceuticals is desirable
• Willingness to take initiative and responsibility
• Structured and independent working style
• Careful work in handling data
• Sales skills and high willingness to travel
• Secure knowledge of IT and MS Office and good English skills
