In the Digital Services and Infrastructure (DSI) department, we centrally and customer-centrically specify, develop, operate, and continuously improve digital products and services for the entire life cycle for the CRM/EP and NRO business units. The DSI Platform department provides a common platform and internal services such as tooling and automation for all value streams of the organization.

Your Tasks

Your commitment ensures that the collaboration between product teams and the platform works seamlessly.

In detail, your tasks are:

• Building, integrating, and developing secure, scalable platform solutions for Kubernetes and Observability Platform both on-premises and in the public cloud
• Implementing and operating cloud services (primarily based on Microsoft Azure)
• Harmonizing existing monitoring solutions across all stages
• Developing Infrastructure-as-Code solutions with Terraform, Ansible, etc.
• Ensuring the IT security of cloud applications
• Coordinating platform projects and working closely with other teams, technical leads, (cloud) architects, and security experts to analyze requirements and design and deploy platform solutions
• Offering self-service for the stream aligned teams so that they can work on the principle of 'You build it, you run it'

Profile

• Completed studies in computer science or a comparable qualification
• Several years of specialized experience as a DevOps Engineer or Platform Engineer in both cloud administration and on-premises
• In-depth knowledge of on-premises and cloud technologies, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and the use of Infrastructure-as-Code approaches (e.g., Ansible, Terraform)
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional project teams is an advantage
• Solution-oriented and pragmatic working style, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and work with different teams
• Openness to innovation, agile mindset, and a culture of continuous improvement
• Hands-on mentality
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Very good German (C1) and English (B2) skills
