As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you are a strategic partner for our management and teams and accompany them through change processes. In this key role, you develop innovative human resources strategies that focus on both the company's goals and the needs of our employees. You act as a coach and sparring partner for management and actively drive the development of our organization forward.
Your main tasks are:
- Consultation and support of management: You support management in all human resources issues and enable them to successfully design and implement change processes.
- Transformation and change management: You lead and accompany transformation programs, restructurings, and integration projects at the local Marburg location.
- Workshops and team development: You plan and moderate workshops (e.g., on team development, prioritization, and strategy) to strengthen teams in change processes.
- Strategic HR planning: You implement sustainable talent management processes, succession planning, and strategies for personnel development in your areas of responsibility.
- Stakeholder management: You work closely with internal and external partners to develop and implement sustainable solutions.
- HR projects: You actively participate in local and global HR initiatives.
- Culture and engagement: You promote a positive work environment and a company culture that puts development, engagement, and productivity at the forefront.
You bring with you:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of human resources management, business administration, social sciences, business psychology, or a comparable commercial qualification with relevant professional experience.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in HR business partnering, ideally with a focus on transformation and change management.
- Experience in strategic HR consulting and managing HR projects.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team skills.
- Business acumen and the ability to make data-based decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, and a sense of tact.
- Strategic and conceptual thinking as well as a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Sound knowledge of labor law and experience in negotiating collective agreements.
- Fluent German and English skills in speech and writing.
