HR Coordinator

Take ownership and bring structure to global people projects. Are you someone who naturally brings structure and makes sure things move forward? At BioMar in Aarhus, we are looking for an HR Coordinator to support our global People function. In this role, you'll drive projects across the organization, turn HR data into actionable insights, and play a key role in delivering on our promise.

The position is a maternity cover running until approximately summer/fall 2026.

Keep global people projects on track and moving. As HR Coordinator, you will connect people, projects, and data. You'll ensure that selected HR initiatives and projects are delivered smoothly with structure and clarity, and that the business can rely on timely and accurate HR insights to guide decision-making. You'll have your own projects and tasks while contributing to the continuous development of our global People function.

Your main responsibility will be to drive and follow up on selected global HR and Health & Safety projects and initiatives, such as:

• Support reporting for BioMar Group on matters related to people
• Coordinate a portfolio of internal learning programs
• Contribute to updating our global job structure
• Drive the coordination with stakeholders and prepare meetings in our new global Health & Safety Community
• Follow up on HR compliance initiatives with stakeholders in the business units

Depending on your profile, you may also contribute to other projects and support ad hoc tasks. You will be based at our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark.

You'll succeed in this role if you bring an analytical mindset, a structured approach and can work confidently with both details and bigger-picture perspectives. You are naturally service-minded and skilled at building positive relationships, supporting colleagues, and collaborating to ensure smooth progress and successful outcomes.

We expect that you have:

• Experience in HR, project management, and/or data - ideally in an international setting
• Understanding of HR systems and platforms - experience in Workday is an advantage
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• A structured approach combined with ownership and reliability to see tasks through
• Clear and professional communication skills in English

Experience with compensation/job mapping, learning and/or health and safety is a plus, but not a must.
