Responsibilities

Account Servicing: Assist the Partnership Manager in day-to-day account servicing matters, ensuring seamless communication and efficient handling of partner inquiries.

Lead Identification and Pitching: Support the Partnership Manager in pitching appropriate products for potential partners and assist in pitching them effectively.

Commercial Negotiations and Project Management: Participate in commercial negotiations, support the end to end onboarding process, and ensure the smooth technical integration and execution of partnerships.

Relationship Management: Aid the Partnership Manager in maintaining strong relationships with senior-level executives of high-value partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction.

Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, tech, compliance, legal, and operations teams, to facilitate effective partnership management.

Process Improvement: Suggest new and innovative ways to enhance existing processes, contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiencies of our internal processes.

Requirements

Communication Skills: Must be comfortable with speaking to clients and stakeholders.

Industry Knowledge: Able to identify and initiate conversations with key local industry players.

Crypto and Blockchain Knowledge: A keen interest and knowledge of basic cryptocurrency and blockchain technology are essential.

Language Requirement: Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be a strong advantage.

Work Ethics: Disciplined and strong ability to work independently.

Educational Background: Polytechnic or University Graduate, prior working experience part-time or full-time is compulsory.

Knowledge on APIs: Having knowledge on APIs is highly preferable.
